We all carry wounds from our past. Sometimes these wounds take on a greater role than we intended.

Access Self Compassion
Like a muscle, our capacity to access self compassion strengthens with practice.
-
Heal and Integrate
When wounded parts meet self compassion, they tend to soften. They do not have to carry their pain alone; they can feel heard and understood.

Then I will gently inquire more, opening pathways to deeper processing. I will use tools to allow you to connect with different parts of yourself from a place of self compassion.
Experiencing the transmission and reception of self compassion between you and the distinct parts of you that come up in our sessions will allow you to rewrite your relationship with yourself, opening doors to profound healing.
